The Dapper Dames garments are carefully hand-made using the detailed measurements and body type information you have provided us. Here and there, we do find that minor alterations may be necessary. This is part of the process  

If the garment does not fit properly, we will check to ensure we accurately followed your measurement info submitted during the ordering process. If we feel we made a mistake, we will cover the cost of the alterations made by your local tailor up to $60.00 or make a new garment if we feel it's warranted. This is up to our discretion. We might ask you to send the garment back in that case

Alterations

Minor alterations are to be expected. If your garment needs more than minor alterations to achieve a proper fit, take it to your local tailor within 7 days of receipt. We will reimburse this expense up to $60.00. You must alter your garment within 7 days of receiving it, and provide us with a screenshot of the receipt detailing the alterations made and price. Please include contact information for the business which was used. On the rare occasion that alterations won't do, we will remake your garment. ** see below

**Just contact us at info@thedapperdames.com within 7 days of receipt and describe the issue. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours as to the best solution for your specific needs.
