What if I want to change my order?

Once you have sent your order in to The Dapper Dames you have 2 day (48 hours) to make changes to your fabric choices, style or measurements, whether made to measure or Quick & Easy Fit.

Can you deliver my garment in time for my wedding or special event?

If you need your order in a hurry, or for a given date, please e-mail us at info@thedapperdames.com with information about your deadline prior to submitting your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once payment is received and your order is confirmed, you will receive an update that your garment has entered the production phase. Then, once shipment is initiated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information. You can use this information to find out when your package will be delivered.

I have a question about my order. Who do I contact for help?

If you have a question regarding your order, please send us an e-mail at info@thedapperdames.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Most inquiries receive a response within 24 hours.

What if my garment does not fit properly?

At The Dapper Dames we offer an Accurate Fit Guarantee. Once your garment is received you have 7 days from the date of arrival to try on your garment. If there is a major concern regarding your garment please e-mail info@thedapperdames.com immediately. You will receive an email from our customer support team within 72 hours of receipt requesting additional information. 

Minor alterations can be expected as part of the processing are the customers responsibility. If a major alteration is discovered and it can be resolved locally through a tailor a $60 alteration allowance will be issued. The customer support team may request to receive the garment back to our quality control center and if time allows it will be remade.  Again this is at our discretion.  All shipping fees back to The Dapper Dames are to be paid by the customer. The Dapper Dames Custom Garments are non refundable. 

When will I receive my order?

Approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the time of year. If the time frame is tight, please contact us at info@thedapperdames.com before ordering. We will try our best to make it happen. We will let you know before you purchase.

Can I choose a design option that is not featured on your web site?

Yes, of course! We want your design to be exactly what you pictured. If there is a specific detail, or customization, you would like to make that you do not see available on our site, please contact us directly prior to placing your order. We will provide you with an answer as to whether or not we can accommodate that request, and a price quote for the desired work.
